Super Easy Slow Cooker Chicken Fajitas

This weekend when I was surfing around Pinterest I found a recipe for chicken fajitas in the slow cooker.  It sounded super easy, and you know how much I love using my slowcooker, so I had to give it a shot.

Here's what I used:

1 lb Boneless Chicken Breast (No need to slice up, it will easily shred after cooking)
1/2 Fajita Seasoning Packet
1 cup Chicken Broth (I used homemade)
1 Green Pepper
1 Jalapeno Pepper
1 Onion

Place the chicken, seasoning packet, and chicken broth in the slowcooker.  Cook on low for 8 hours. When I got home from work I shredded the chicken with two forks and added my sliced veggies to cook for about 30 min. We also added some black beans and taco sauce when putting together our fajitas. A super easy and delicious homemade dinner!

Below is the Slow Cooker that I have. It has a glass lid and a touch screen & it is awesome! I love mine!

Your slow cooker looks fantastic. I have to get a new one. I've used both of mine for making soap and when I tried using one (after completely washing it out, of course) it still tasted like 'vintage leather.' lol
