Around here it's always a great day when new fabric arrives!
My order of Desert Bloom from Riley Blake is finally here, and I am even MORE in love with it in person than I was from the pictures!
Since I'm a small shop, I am unable to offer all of the prints - however I selected my favorites to add to my Etsy Shop My Meller!
And of course the FQ Bundles!
I can think of so many possibilities for this line! So many ideas..not nearly enough time!
I'm off to dream about these beautiful poppies!

Flannel Sale
Oh the leaves are starting to turn and the weather is getting cooler. That can only mean 1 thing! Fall is here!
When I think of fall, I think of curling up with a quilt and a warm cup of tea (or are there any Pumpkin Spice Latte lovers out there?!).
What better type of quilt in this type of weather, then a toasty warm rag quilt. As you can tell from my past posts, rag quilts are one of my FAVORITE things to make.
Right now I have some great flannels in my Etsy Shop, how fun are these colors?
And for the rest of the month of September, any order of flannel is 10% off with the code COZY10.

Farmers Market Finds
Every Saturday downtown there is a Farmers Market. We don't go every week, but now that its getting later in the summer & there are so many delicious foods in season now - we stopped over there this week.
We had a great morning at the Farmers Market! We also picked up a giant green pepper for $1, some fresh blackberries, and my hubby had to get some Baklava! Is there a local Farmers Market by you? What is your go-to that you have to pick up when you're there?

Not sure exactly what kind of flowers these were, something with Strawberry in the name. I can totally see where they get that :)

Has anybody had these before? For only $2 we had to get some! I think we're going to slice them & put them on the grill brushed with a little olive oil.

And of course, we're in Wisconsin after all - CHEESE CURDS! They are squeeky fresh!

Happy Monday #6
Although a lot of our plants have suffered hail damage from all of the wet weather we have had in the past few weeks, the bright pink colors of my Phlox are a still a beautiful sign of summer. Especially as we think of the terrible wildfires that our friends in northern Colorado are dealing with right now. As well as the recent flooding up in Duluth, both help remind me of how lucky we are.
Have a Happy Monday!
~Melissa
